에세이 제출 전 다음의 규칙들을 확인하고 반드시 준수해주시기 바랍니다.

Submissions will be accepted between August 30, 2020, and September 30, 2020.
*에세이 제출기한은 8월 15일 ~ 9월 30일 입니다.

All submissions must be in .doc or .docx format with your theme and name on it.(ex. Nature-giraffe.docx)

* IMPORTANT: If you are submitting by e-mail, it must be sent to publishergiraffe@gmail.com with the theme name as the title.

에세이 제출은 2020년 8월 15일부터 2020년 9월 30일 사이에 이루어집니다.
e-mail 제출 시 파일은 .doc 혹은 .docx의 포맷으로 선택한 테마와 창작자의 이름이 파일명으로 저장되어야 하며
publishergiraffe@gmail.com으로 제출하시면 됩니다. (ex. Nature-홍길동G7.doc or Nature-홍길동G11.docx)

The winning essay will be selected in September 2020 and will be published in the October 2020.
수상작은 2020년 10월에 선정되며 2020년 11월에 출판될 예정입니다.

Entries submitted online must include a cover page (free format) indicating:
제출 에세이는 다음의 사항이 기입된 커버페이지를 포함해야합니다.

(2) Name
(3) Address
(4) Phone number
(5) E-mail
(6) Nationality
(7) Age as of August 15, 2020
(9) Gender
(10) School name (if applicable)
(11) Word count

All submitted essays must be accompanied by a registration fee (see section on Registration Fees below), failing to do so will result in the disqualification of the entry.
모든 에세이는 등록비와 함께 제출되어야 합니다 (하기의 등록비 참고해주십시오). 에세이 등록비 제출을 하지 않은 경우 에세이 제출 규칙을 준수하지 못한 것으로 간주됩니다. 등록비를 우선 납부할 경우  publishergiraffe@gmail.com 으로 참가 학생의 성명, 학년, 소속, 그리고 연락처를 남겨주시기 바랍니다.

Essays must be original and unpublished. Plagiarized entries will be rejected.
에세이는 스스로 창작한 것으로 과거에 출판되지 않은 것이어야 합니다. 표절 작품은 수상 대상에서 제외됩니다.

Essays must be written by one person. Co-authored essays are not accepted.
에세이는 한 사람에 의해 작성되어야 합니다. 공저는 수상 대상에서 제외됩니다.

Copyright of the essays entered will be assigned to the organizer.
에세이의 저작권은 에세이 대회 주관사에 귀속됩니다.

All essays submitted will be posted anonymously in our SMS website for public access. Readers will be able to show positive feedback.
제출된 모든 에세이는 익명으로 주관사의 홈페이지에 공개됩니다. 독자들은 긍정적인 피드백을 내비칠 수 있습니다.

The deadline for completing payment AND online submission of the essay is September 30, 2020.
에세이 및 등록비 제출의 마감 기한은 2020년 9월 30입니다.

Late submissions will not be accepted except under special circumstances.
